SHIPPING

We manufacture each dog bed one by one - no warehouse full of mass-produced products waiting for your order. Normally, it can take up to 14 days to complete a dog bed, but due to higher demand and COVID delays we ask that you allow 4-8 weeks for your beds to be made and ready to ship. All orders ship via FedEx ground. We’ll email you the tracking information on the day it ships.

RETURNS WITHIN 30 DAYS

If, for any reason, your The Houndry dog bed doesn’t meet your expectations, return it to us for a complete refund, less return shipping, within 30 days of ship date. Simply contact us for a Return Authorization at hello@thehoundrylife.com, or call 888-221-7639. Used beds will not be refunded. Normal wear and tear, chewing or other damage caused by a pet does not qualify for a refund.

WARRANTY CLAIMS

We take pride in manufacturing a quality product in an American factory and warranty our products to be free of manufacturing defects for one year. It just so happens that making products by hand is more of an art than a science. Defects sometimes happen. If a seam, or zipper fails, please contact us at hello@thehoundrylife.com, or call 888-221-7639. After asking for a photo of the defect to identify the issue, we will repair, or replace the defect. Please note, that normal wear and tear, chewing or other damage caused by a pet, does not qualify for a warranty claim.
